Shipping Policy

Delivery times for Bridal and Formal orders may vary depending on individual order processing. Customers are advised to refer to their order receipt, which clearly outlines the estimated delivery date. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will be notified and provided with a valid tracking number. The same policy applies to our Pret and Ready-to-Wear collection, and customers should always refer to their order receipt for the estimated delivery timeframe. Once the order has been dispatched, please allow between 6-10 working days for delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the outfit. Please note that any custom duties , taxes or additional fees imposed by the destination country will be the customers responsibility. 

We offer free delivery within Pakistan only.

Potential Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, postal service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, we may be unable to notify you of any delays if your contact details (email or phone) are unavailable or incorrect.

Please note that delivery delays may extend by 5–6 working days or more. Rashid Malik cannot be held responsible for any such delays for both domestic and international orders, regardless of the payment method used.
