Order Cancellations

To cancel a bridal or made-to-measure order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed quickly, so timely cancellation requests are essential. All requests must be submitted online. If approved, refunds will be issued in line with our refund policy. Please note that a 6% cancellation fee will be applied, with the remaining balance refunded.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after the 24-hour window. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these terms, as once an order has entered processing, production, tailoring, or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Bridal, formal, made-to-measure, and customised items are strictly non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable once processing begins.
