Orders & Payments
A: You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired item,
choosing the size or customisation options, and completing checkout using our secure
payment methods.
A: Currently, we do not accept part payments or have any finance options available. We only accept full payment at checkout. All payment methods are secure and encrypted to protect your personal information.
A: Cancellation is only valid on our ready to wear line, which includes pret. These orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. A 6% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. There will be no eligibility to cancel any made to measure orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges & Returns
A: Yes! Ready-to-wear dresses can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and are non-sale
items with all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability. To carry out an exchange please see our exchange policy.
A: All made-to-measure or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in a rare case of manufacturing fault. We recommend booking a studio appointment or a virtual consultation for overseas clients to ensure the perfect fit before ordering.
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Faulty or incorrect items must be unworn and in its original condition. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
A: Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using recorded or tracked delivery, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
A: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Once processed, it may take 5–7 working days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
Shipping & Delivery
A: Delivery times vary by product and category. Most orders are delivered within 6–10 working days from dispatch. Estimated times are provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Made to measure (bespoke) order time will vary, depending on the dress. A confirmation will be provided at time of ordering
A: Pakistan: Delivery is free.
International (EU, UK, USA): Charges depend on weight and location and are displayed during checkout.
A: Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs clearance, postal issues, or unforeseen circumstances. RDC by Rashid Malik cannot be held responsible for delays, and we may be unable to notify you if your contact details are unavailable or incorrect. Delays may extend by 5–6 working days or more.
