Returns & Refund Policy

At Rashid Malik, each piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail.

Ready-to-Wear (Ready to Ship) Items

For our ready-to-wear dresses, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and the item must meet our exchange conditions (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). Any sale items will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

While all our items are carefully inspected before dispatch, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund, provided that:

  1. The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.
  2. Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
  3. You must notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  4. The issue is reviewed and verified by our team.

Size Changes

Whilst we cannot guarantee size availability, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you will need to return it first. Once the return has been received and verified, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified to repurchase the item subject to availability.

Please Note: Requests made after the 48-hour period cannot be accepted. Additionally, items purchased online can only be exchanged through our online process and are not eligible for exchange in-store.

Returning Items

If you wish to return an item, you must contact our customer service team customerservice@rashid-malik.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure to provide your order number in all correspondences. All return requests must be submitted online only; returns requested in store will not be accepted under any circumstances. Once the request is verified, a member of our customer service team will follow up with the details to process the return. Please note, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all original labels and tags intact.

Return Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using recorded or tracked delivery, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and verified, we will issue a full refund for the product cost only. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund, after which you will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If your card has expired or payment cannot be processed, we will arrange an alternative refund method.

Custom & Bespoke Orders; non refundable / non transferable

At Rashid Malik, each made-to-measure and bespoke/custom piece is created exclusively for you. For this reason, these items are considered final sale and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty, we will be happy to repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the circumstances. To ensure we can assist you promptly, please notify us of any faults within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, or if the product has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Your Statutory Rights

These policies are in addition to your rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
